about
A new interpretation of Shiiva from SPAWN EP (2018)
lyrics
ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्।
(I worship that fragrant Shiva of three eyes, the one who nourishes all living entities)
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान् मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात् ॥
(May he help us severe our bondage with samsara by making us realize that we are never separated from our immortal nature)
冷风轻散,风水云端,龌邪消散
(Cold breeze disperse, above the weathering world, the evil dissipate)
All is Shiva
狂风暴雨,我心平静
(In amongst the fierce wind and storm, my heart is in peace)
Follow the breath, then I know, I am free
Follow the breath, then I know, I am free
Follow the breath, then I know, I am free
Follow the breath, then I know, I am free
Follow the breath, then I know, I am free
Follow the breath, then I know, I am free

I’n a sucker for the heavy blues and Motherslug take it to another level. Why are you sitting there? Listen and then order this album already! The OG Metal Prophet
The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points.
This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff. Even without a Hammond B3, it gets an easy A+... rick-taylor
